By accessing or using kikxkost.com you agree to these Terms of Use. This site is operated by KIKX KOST, a Toronto-based contemporary art practice. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing or using this site.

The Works

All artwork, images, video, and content on this site are the original creative work of KIKX KOST and are protected by copyright under Canadian and international law. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this site without explicit written permission from KIKX KOST.

Print Purchases

When you purchase a print from KIKX KOST you are purchasing a physical archival pigment print. The purchase of a print does not transfer any intellectual property, copyright, or reproduction rights. All rights to the underlying artwork remain with KIKX KOST. You may display the print privately or commercially but may not reproduce or sell the image in any form.

Limited Editions

Where a work is designated as a limited edition, KIKX KOST guarantees that no more than the stated number of prints of that work at that size will be produced. Each print in a limited edition is hand-signed and numbered by the artist.

Shipping

All prints are shipped directly by KIKX KOST. Prints are rolled and shipped in archival mailing tubes to ensure safe delivery. Shipping times and costs are confirmed at checkout. KIKX KOST is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. For international orders the buyer is responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the limited edition and handmade nature of each print, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged please contact us at hello@kikxkost.com within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and we will work to resolve the issue.

Commissions

Commission terms are agreed in writing on a per-project basis. A deposit is required before work begins. All commissioned works remain the intellectual property of KIKX KOST unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. KIKX KOST reserves the right to update pricing at any time. Your order is confirmed at the price displayed at the time of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site including but not limited to artwork, video, photography, text, logos, and the KIKX KOST name is the exclusive property of KIKX KOST. Unauthorised use of any content may result in legal action.

Disclaimer

This site and its content are provided as is without warranties of any kind. KIKX KOST makes no representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on this site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of this site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
