By using kikxkost.com you agree to these terms. The site is operated by KIKX KOST, a contemporary art practice in Toronto, Canada.
The work
All artwork, images, video, text, logos and the KIKX KOST name are original work owned by KIKX KOST and protected by copyright under Canadian and international law. Nothing may be copied, shared, changed or used without written permission.
Buying a print
A print is yours to display, at home or in a business. Buying it does not transfer copyright or any right to reproduce, print, sell or use the image in any other way.
Limited editions
When a work is sold as a limited edition, no more than the stated number will ever be produced at that size. Each one is hand signed and numbered by the artist.
Prices and payment
Prices are listed in USD and charged in USD at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Shipping
Prints ship from Toronto. For orders outside Canada, the buyer pays any customs duties or import taxes on delivery.
Returns
Every print is made to order, so all sales are final. No returns, exchanges or refunds.
If your print arrives damaged, send a message through the contact page within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos. It will be replaced or refunded.
Commissions
Commission terms are agreed in writing for each project, and a deposit is required before work begins. Commissioned works remain the intellectual property of KIKX KOST unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Ontario.
