FAQ
Everything you need to know about acquiring a KIKX KOST print.
What is an archival pigment print?
An archival pigment print is a fine art printing process that uses fade-resistant pigment-based inks on museum-quality archival paper. The result is exceptional colour accuracy, deep blacks, and a print that is built to last generations without fading. All KIKX KOST prints are produced on archival fine art paper to the highest standard.
Are the prints signed?
Yes. Every print is hand-signed by the artist in the bottom right corner of the print before it leaves the studio.
What does limited edition mean?
A limited edition means that no more than the stated number of prints of that work at that size will ever be produced. Each print in a limited edition is hand-signed and numbered by the artist — for example 1/25 means it is the first print in an edition of 25. The edition number and artist signature appear in pencil in the lower margin of the print.
Do the prints come with a white border?
Yes. Each print includes an approximate 2 inch white border around the image area. This is standard fine art practice and allows for clean framing and handling without touching the image itself.
What sizes are available?
Standard sizes are listed on each print page. Custom sizes are available — contact the artist directly at hello@kikxkost.com and reference the print name you are interested in. Not all works are available in all sizes.
How are prints shipped?
Every print is carefully rolled and shipped in a protective archival mailing tube directly from the artist's studio in Toronto. Each tube is sealed and packaged to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — KIKX KOST ships worldwide. International buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes upon delivery. These fees vary by country and are not included in the print or shipping price.
How long does delivery take?
Each print is custom produced to order. Please allow approximately one week for production and signing, plus shipping time to your location. International shipments typically take two weeks or more depending on destination and customs. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. All orders include tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your print has been dispatched from the studio.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
Can I return my print?
Because every print is custom produced to order, all sales are final. If your print arrives damaged please contact hello@kikxkost.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the damage and we will make it right.
Can I commission a custom work?
Yes — commission enquiries are welcome. Contact the artist at hello@kikxkost.com to discuss your project. Please include as much detail as possible about what you have in mind including preferred size, subject matter, and intended space.
I am interested in a large format or corporate installation. Who do I contact?
For large format works, interior installations, hospitality, or corporate acquisitions please contact hello@kikxkost.com directly. These projects are handled personally by the artist.
Do you collaborate with brands?
Select brand collaborations are considered. If your brand wants to enter the KIKX KOST world rather than just advertise in it, get in touch at hello@kikxkost.com with a brief about your brand and the type of collaboration you have in mind.
