Who we are
KIKX KOST is a contemporary art practice run by its founding artist in Toronto, Canada. This policy explains how your information is collected, used and protected when you visit kikxkost.com, buy a print or get in touch.
What we collect
Your name, email and shipping address when you place an order or send a message. Payment details are handled by Stripe; KIKX KOST never sees or stores your full card number. Basic, anonymous visitor statistics are collected through Squarespace, which hosts this site.
How we use it
To make, ship and support your order, and to reply to your messages. If you opt in, to tell you about new works and drops. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Your information is never sold or rented, and never shared with anyone for their own marketing.
Who it is shared with
Only the services needed to run the shop: Squarespace (website and orders), Stripe (payments), and the shipping carrier that delivers your print. Each handles your data under its own privacy policy, for example stripe.com/privacy.
Cookies
The site uses the standard cookies Squarespace needs to work and to count visits. They are not used to identify you personally.
Your rights
Under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information held about you. Email hello@kikxkost.com.
